How to Prepare

• Women’s Health Mix: Mix 2 tablespoons of powder in 1 glass (250 ml) of water, cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes until thick, then add jaggery or palm sugar for taste.
• Honey Amla: Consume 1–2 pieces directly in the morning or before meals.
  Butterfly Pea Flower Tea: Mix ½ spoon of powder in 1 glass of warm water and drink.
• Karuppu Kavuni Kanji: Mix 2 tablespoons of the kanji mix in 1 cup of water, cook on medium flame for 10–15 minutes until thick, and add a pinch of salt.
• Karuppu Ulundhu Kanji: Mix 1–2 tablespoons in 1 cup of water without lumps, cook for 10–15 minutes until thick, then add buttermilk and a pinch of salt before serving warm.
